If You Want to know the Establishment Information ?

If you want to know the claim status Information about your PF you should know about your Establishment information's like...

First you copy and paste the link in new browser http://search.epfoservices.in/est_search.php

Before that we should know the Establishment under old office code or Establishments under office or PIN code of the establishment.Since the EPF members and even some employers were not aware of the new Region and Office codes, the facility has been provided to search the code number of an establishment and the EPFO Office under which the establishment is making the PF remittances. 

Use of this Establishment search , Since the creation of the multiple Regional Offices in some of the States, the erstwhile used State Codes were changed for 19 Regional Offices. Moreover, after the implementation of the Computerisation Project in the EPFO Offices, the members account number uses the Office code also even when the Region Codes had not changed.  

A visitor to the website, who knows any one of the search fields, namely his account number starting with the old State code, name of his establishment, part name of the establsihment, office under which his accounts are maintained etc
can search the details of the establsihment and also view:
1. Each electronic return (TRRN) wise payments made by the employer since
April 2012,
2. Name of the members for whom the electronic
3. Advantages of the facility for:

Principal Employers: Can check the remittances by their contractor establsihments and the names of their contractual employees. 
Employers: Can check whether the remittances made by them has reflected in the list of payments and whether the member pass book against any ECR has been made available. If yes, it will be available for download on login to the employer portal.
MEMBERS: Can check whether their employer has remitted dues and if yes whether his/her name appears in the list of employees. If yes, then only the epassbook upto that month will be available on the Member Portal.

PF Details - Employee Provident Fund



Question No.1 : What is the interest on PF Account Currently ?

The member of Employee provident fund balances earn interest as per the rate of Interest declared annually by the government of India. Every year the central government revise the interest rate depends on revenues getting by EPFO in previous Financial year and for the financial year 2012 - 13 rate of Interest on EPF is 8.50 %.

Question No 2:   How to withdrawl EPF Amount Without employeer Signature?
Download the EPF withdrawl form from the Official EPF website and dully fill it up with all your working details and personal details and get the attestation from gazetted officer or Bank manager or Post Master or Notary or Magistrate finally send this details to the regional EPF office. Before that take one set of copies of the documents you send.

Question 3: After sending the withdrawl form to PF regional office in case you did not receive any response from PF what will you do?
You can file complaint with PF Online or you can file Right To Information Act to know the status about the application you sent of your withdrawl.

Question 4 : what is EPF?
Employee Provident Fund is created with the purpose of providing financial security to the elderly pepole. It is help to employee save some of amount save from their salary every month and to be used in an event of retirement.  

Question 5: If employee is not a family pension scheme member and he/she is 56yrs. of age can he/she join family pension ?
Yes, by diverting from her/his PF balance family pension scheme contribution from date if her/his joining or 01-03-71 whichever is later.

Question 6:  If employee is a family pension scheme member and he / she retired after 58 yrs of age on 15-01-94. can she/he join will get pension under the new scheme?
Yes, anyone who has retired by reaching age 58 between 01-04-93 and 15-11-95 may join the scheme by returning the withdrawl benefit also with interest. He will be paid pension with immediate effect from date of exit provided he has rendered 10yrs of eligible service.

PF Benefits PF Nomination - Employees Provident Funds Scheme 1952 Benefits and Nomination



PF Scheme 1952 Benefits are Accumulation plus interest upon retirement , resignation,death. Partial withdrawals allowed for specific expenses such as houjse construction,higher studies,marriage,illness etc...

PF Scheme 1952 Nomination : There is a common form for all the three schemes Form 2 (R) the nominations in case of EPF Scheme are also applicable for the EDLI scheme. Member not having any family member as defined in the said para can nominate any other person bu the nomination will become invalid in case of the member acquiring family. And third is Member having family can nominate any one or more of the family members as defined under the para 2 (F) of the EPF Scheme 1952.

Membership of the Fund

Classes of employees entitled and required to join the fund.....

1. a) Every employee employed in or in connection with the work of a factory or other establishment to which this scheme applies other than an excluded employee,shall be entitled and required to become a member of the fund from the day this paragraph comes into force in such factory or other establishment.

The contributions payable by the employer under the scheme shall be at the rate of ( ten per cent) of the ( basic wages, dearness allowance ( including the cash value of any food concession ) and retaining allowance payable to each employee to whom the scheme applies : provided that the above rate of contribution shall be twelve per cent in respect of any establishment of class of establishments which the central government may specify in the official gazette from time to time under the first proviso to sub section of section 6 of the Act.
