EPF SCHEMES

The Employee's Provident Fund Organization Act and schemes framed there under three board known as Central boadrs of Trustees , Employees provident fund consisting of representatives of 

1. Government ( Both State and Central ) ,

2.  Employers

3.  Employees

The Board is share of the work by the Employee's PF Organization ( EPFO ) , Consisting of offices at 120 locations across the country and the Epfo is under the admin of control of Ministry of Labour and Employment , government of India. The board administers a contributory provident fund, pension scheme and an insurance scheme for the workforce engaged in the organized sector in India and also it is one of the largest organizations in terms of financial transactions.

The EPFO Board operates three  PF Schemes viz:---

a. The Employee's Provident Funds Scheme 1952 ( EPF )

b. The Employee's Pension Scheme 1995 ( EPS)

c. The Employee's Deposit linked Insurance Scheme 1976 ( EDLI )

EPF Schemes Benefits :

1. Employee's Provident fund schemes 1952 gives benefits of Accumulation plus interest upon retirement ,resignation,death.

2.  Employee's pension scheme 1995 gives benefits of Monthly benefits of superannuation/ retirement,disability,survivor,widow.

3. Employee's Dposit Linked Insurance Scheme 1976 gives benefits of in case of death of an employee who was member of the scheme at the time of the death.

Forms for claiming benefits under the EPF scheme:

FORM NO : 13	For transferring the Provident Fund account of a member from one establishment to another establishment covered under the act / scheme.	Preview and download form
FORM NO : 14	Application for financing a life insurance policy out of Provident Fund account.	Preview and download form
FORM NO : 19	To be submitted by a member to withdraw his Provident Fund dues on leaving service/retirement/termination.	Preview and download form
FORM NO : 20	In the event of death of member, this form is to be used by a nominee / family member to claim the member's Provident Fund accumilation.	Preview and download form
